In this course, you will learn how to put the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG) into practice in your day-to-day role as a leader. You’ll gain clarity on what equal treatment means at work, when discrimination occurs, and how to respond in a fair, respectful, and confident way.

In the chapter “How can the AGG be implemented?”, you focus on translating the AGG principles into everyday leadership actions—especially in communication, decision-making, and handling sensitive situations. You will learn to recognize problematic behavior early, address boundaries clearly, and respond appropriately when concerns arise.

The second chapter, “What else contributes to a positive work climate?”, broadens the perspective beyond legal requirements. You will explore what strengthens a respectful and psychologically safe workplace—such as constructive communication, clear expectations, and consistent action in conflicts. The goal is to help you actively shape a work environment where harassment and discrimination have no place and where colleagues feel supported and taken seriously.
