With this training you familiarise yourself with the most common phishing methods and learn how you can successfully protect yourself against them.
Phishing is one of the most common attacks in everyday work—and sometimes a single click is enough. In this course, you will learn how to check emails before opening attachments or clicking links. You will be able to spot typical red flags (e.g., sender details, wording, urgency/pressure tactics, unusual requests) and build a safe routine for identifying suspicious messages early.
You will also learn how phishing works and which techniques attackers use. Most importantly, you will know how to respond correctly if something happens—so you can take the right steps quickly, report the incident, and limit the damage. This helps protect you, your team, and the company.
