Compliance Express

The Compliance Express course builds on the “Compliance Basics” course and concisely covers the most important topics. The focus is on enabling you to act in compliance with regulations in your day-to-day work—even when situations are ambiguous or decisions must be made under time pressure. You’ll gain insight into what compliance means in various areas of professional life and learn to reflect on typical compliance situations, identify risks early on, and make appropriate, safe decisions.

There is a clear emphasis on the consequences of compliance violations. You’ll learn what consequences violations can have for you personally, for your colleagues, and for the company—ranging from organizational and financial impacts to disciplinary measures and reputational damage. This will help you understand why compliance isn’t “just a rule,” but a central component of responsible conduct.

You’ll also learn how to handle compliance violations properly: how to react calmly in cases of suspicion, what you should document, and what next steps make sense. Special attention is given to why and how violations should be reported—so that problems can be addressed early and protection is ensured for everyone involved.
